KOMOS CHEESE

Traditional, forgotten cheese of Naxos that we recreated with a soft and elastic texture. From fresh pasteurized cow, goat and sheep Naxos milk. It matures for 4-6 months. The taste is soft but it reveals the Naxian herbs and spices inside. Ideal for pizza, fried (Greek saganaki recipe), in pasta, toast or in platters.
